Established for the purposes of developing and/or maintaining infrastructure, while aiming to achieve financial and developmental returns.
Repurposing commercial buildings to meet the needs of sustainable urban development, through Green building repurposing. We aim to invest, acquire, redevelop and develop high cash flow generating properties to achieve 16-22% return on investment.
